Gerald Wasserman 1920-2011
Retrospective

An active member until his passing last September, Gerald Wasserman joined the CAA in 1955.  His diverse body of work spanned decades and includes paintings in oil, gouache and watercolor, pen & ink and graphite drawings, monotype prints, plus sculpture in bronze.  He was comfortable exploring the abstract as well as realism and excelled at both, drawing most of his inspiration from the human figure.

The retrospective is curated by Wasserman's close friend, artist & art historian Dick Crispo.

Opening reception Saturday, February 4th, 6 to 8 p.m.
