Edwin Adamson
Painter

Edwin Adamson was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since his youth, watercolor painting has held a special interest in his life. His art studies in college were interrupted during the Korean War when he enlisted in the Navy. This resulted in a 26-year military career and very limited time to pursue his painting. Only after retirement was he able to return to his love of fine art and resumed his watercolor studies by enrolling in workshops with many prominent painters.

Essentially a realist in his painting, Adamson attempts to portray subjects in their true form and color. He seeks to achieve the expression of nature in true perspective.
